The North Sun manufacturing plant occupies 70,000 square meters, including a 30,000 square meter workshop. For one example: by using our two advanced four-meter wide reaming canvas production lines (which exceed the universally accepted German DIN standards) our annual productive capacity for this kinds of complex material stands at about 36,000,000 square meters.
The first domestic four-meter wide PVC reaming production line, wholly researched and developed by North Sun, has been put into use. With the unrelenting efforts of our staff, product quality meets and exceeds the universally accepted German DIN standards. The launch of this production line filled a vacancy in China¡¯s stock of coated soft complex materials. This helped push China¡¯s productive technology to an advanced level exceeding many international standards.
